I found HOTEL 88 in GROGOL Jakarta to be a good choice for the price, at 300,000 IDR for a superior double room. While the room was a bit cramped for two people, it was clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was decent, but I really missed having a coffee maker or refrigerator in the room. The location is fantastic with easy access to bus routes and close proximity to shopping malls. Overall, it's a value for money option, though I’d suggest going for a larger room if traveling with two.
